The Office of External Affairs at the School of Public Health has announced the arrival of two new staff members, effective June 1.
Stephen P. Couch has been named an associate director of development, and Cutler W. Andrews will serve as director of alumni affairs, annual giving and special projects.
Peggy Dean Glenn, associate dean for external affairs, welcomes the new additions to the staff. "We made an extensive search for the right candidates for these positions and feel that Steve and Cutler will be an extraordinarily important part of our development team," she said.
Couch, who served this past year as interim director of development at the Ackland Art Museum, joins Janice Periquet and Lyne Gamble as major gifts officers.
Andrews served most recently as director of development at the Orange County Rape Crisis Center, where he had worked since 2002.
